Accounting Service package includes the following:
- Keeping the your accounting in accordance with the requirements of the Latvian laws and normative acts
- Processing of monthly declarations (VAT, etc.) and submission to Latvian Tax Administration
- Entry of fixed assets
- Calculation of amortization of fixed assets – once a month
- Entry of received invoices
- Entry of issued invoices
- Processing and accounting of advanced statements
- Processing and accounting of business trip reports
- Accounting of low-value inventory
- Entry of bank operations
- Protection of your interest in relationships with the State Revenue Service (answering the calls and letters, not applicable to the SRS checks)
- Processing of different book-keeping and official papers (instructions, orders, deeds)
- Monthly profit or loss statement
- Drawing up of operation balance – once in a quarter
- Preparation and submission of statistical reports
- Preparation of operative balance – once in a quarter
- Monthly creditor/debtor report
- Calculation of salary payment for each employee on the list (up to 5 employees)
- Pick up of documents – twice a month
- Preparation of Annual Report

BRONZE PACKAGE
Up to 10 transactions a month
for only 1210 € / year (+VAT)
SILVER PACKAGE
From 11 to 70 transactions a month
for only 2160 € / year (+VAT)
GOLD PACKAGE
From 71 to 140 transactions a month
for only 2810 € / year (+VAT)
PLATINUM PACKAGE
Over 140 transactions a month
